Job Responsibilities
1. Independently responsible for the product operation of the department, including but not limited to collecting and organizing product requirements, liaising with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking the performance of products after launch;
2. Based on operational goals and the current product status, establish an effective data tracking mechanism, promote optimized operational solutions based on business development requirements, and be responsible for the implementation and execution of online product promotion activities to achieve KPI indicators;
3. Continuously monitor product effectiveness, analyze user behavior and needs, understand competitor trends, and conduct competitive analysis;
4. Based on the current operational status, productize existing processes and optimize business efficiency.
Job Requirements
1. Possess strong analytical and logical thinking skills, a sense of responsibility, strong pressure resistance, and the ability to independently complete projects;
2. Possess insight, independent analytical ability, and strong learning and innovation capabilities, as well as strong communication skills;
3. Passionate about product operations and enthusiastic about innovation and solving challenging problems;
4. Able to create PRDs and prototypes. Experience in banking or familiarity with installment e-commerce, community e-commerce, or online earning industries is preferred;
5. Possess strong pressure resistance, execution ability, and learning ability.
